Guiding French-speaking clients at a leading auction house

While working at a leading auction house that specialized in earthmoving machinery, trucks, and agricultural vehicles, my colleague and I – with responsibility for the EMEA region –sometimes guided up to 100 clients per auction, from registering for the auction to testing machines with clients and mechanics.

In addition, I negotiated bids, sometimes in the order of a hundred thousand euros or more, for special machines tailored to the client´s needs. In this role, I acted as an intermediary for both the buyer and the seller, ensuring that both parties optimally benefited from the transaction. My ability to understand and connect both the commercial and technical aspects involved made this process smooth and successful for everyone concerned.

Providing guidance during a client training session for a major electric car brand

I was responsible for preparing a full week of training for a leading American car manufacturer, a specialist in electric vehicles, without any prior information or support from the training organization itself.

With my determination and problem-solving skills, I managed to help the client obtain the coveted certification. This certificate enables bodywork companies to officially maintain and repair vehicles from this manufacturer, which created new opportunities for them in the market.

Account management for a wallpaper manufacturer in Brussels & Wallonia

I built from the ground up a completely new market in French-speaking Belgium for a renowned wallpaper manufacturer from the Netherlands. With a direct and targeted approach – by simply identifying local stores and visiting them one by one – I managed to conquer the entire area.This simple but effective strategy resulted in successful market penetration.
